At Thick Ash Candles, we take great pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted candles that emanate a relaxing and enjoyable vibe. Our candles are made with care and are uniquely crafted for Him. Based on the fragility of our Thick Ash Candles, we have a no return and a no refund policy. All sales are final. 

Why No Refunds?   

Once an order is processed, we cannot restock or resell the candles, which makes it challenging to offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us!

What if There’s an Issue?   

If you receive a candle that is damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order (916-208-0921). We're committed to finding a solution that works for you, whether it's a replacement or another option.
